Big Valley RV Park Rules

WELCOME TO BIG VALLEY RV PARK (ADULTS 55 & ABOVE ONLY)

This is a privately owned campground. We reserve the right to select our clientele and guests.

Please read the rules to ensure that your visit is a fun and pleasant one. All rules will be enforced. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain Big Valley RV Park as a clean, attractive and happy place for you to enjoy. Emergency phone number is (956) 464-4159.

A few of the Most Important Rules:

The speed limit in the park is 10 mph at all times on all park roads.

An airtight sewer connection or sewer donut is required on all sewer hookups.

All visitors must check in with the office. This is private property.

Pets must be restrained at all times. Pets are not allowed in any building except inside private office. All pet-poop must be picked up. Pets may not be left out unattended.

No parking on Unoccupied sites. Some sites may be reserved. Respect your neighbor’s space.

Smoking is not permitted in any building, including (but not limited to) restrooms, laundry and rec. hall.

Quiet time is from 10:00 pm until 7:30 am.

All trash must be put in plastic trash bags, tied and placed in the dumpster.

No children allowed. Any visiting child must be under adult supervision at all times. You are responsible for any accidents to a visiting child or damages caused by them. Small children are not allowed at Rec. Hall Parties. Children may visit one (1) week. They cannot be permanent residents at any time. Violation of this rule can result in eviction.

Pool hours are 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. No glass of any kind is permitted in pool area.

No major mechanical work to be done on vehicles. $15.00 charge for washing vehicles or units.

If you are asked to leave the park for violation of any rules, there will be no refund of any monies paid.

Please be aware that the lawn maintenance of your camp site is your responsibility. There are lawn mowers in the association garage you may borrow or you may hire someone personally to mow.

Big Valley RV Park, it’s owners and employees are not responsible for theft, accidents or damages due to malicious mischief, acts of God and/or misuse of park facilities. We are very proud of our park and will try to make your stay as quiet, comfortable and safe as possible. Should you have any concerns, or comments, please contact the office.
